Join us for an unforgettable coastal running experience at the Bournemouth Coastal TEN, offering two distances: a 10 Mile or 10k route along the stunning Dorset coastline. Perfect for runners of all abilities, this event combines scenic views, flat terrain, and a supportive race-day atmosphere.
The adventure begins at Hengistbury Head, a beautiful nature reserve with excellent facilities, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start. Both courses follow Bournemouth’s iconic seafront paths, including a run along Boscombe Pier with uninterrupted sea views. On clear days, enjoy breathtaking sights of the Isle of Wight, The Needles, and Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coast.
The largely flat, traffic-free course is ideal for chasing a personal best or simply soaking in the fresh sea air and coastal scenery. With stunning views at every turn, the Bournemouth Coastal TEN is a highlight of the South Coast running calendar.
