Real Talk Workshop

We developed our workshop with real people in the community to help them talk openly and honestly about what is one of the most taboo subjects in the world today.

Real Talk offers an opportunity for people to learn and practice the skills and confidence in talking about suicide and to start feeling comfortable with the language and the feelings that come up.

Duration: 3.5 Hours

Real Talk - Webinar

This one-hour introduction to suicide awareness explores a simple framework for conversations with someone who may be having thoughts of suicide. Ideal for anyone new to the topic of suicide or those looking to refresh their skills.

The talk is a good starting point for those who would like to learn more about suicide prevention.

Duration: One hour
