How to download and use eSIMCrew
- Scan the below QR code which will take you to the Google Play or Apple App store (the QR Code will recognise the handset you have and will take you to the appropriate store).
- Download the app and go through the Signup procedure.
- Once you have signed up, go to the ‘Store’ menu and choose the country you want to purchase a Data Plan for.
- Select the Data Plan you want to purchase.
- Enter the code “Grassroots5” at checkout for 5% off every Data Plan you purchase.
- Once you have purchased your Data Plan either click the ‘Activate My eSIM’ button or follow the instructions in the confirmation email to install your eSIM.
Top Tips
- Your handset will automatically allocate a name to your eSIM; we advise you to change this to something memorable (for example the country you’re visiting).
- Before you arrive in your destination country, switch ‘Mobile Data’ to eSIMCrew (or the name you have changed it to), ‘Data Roaming’ ON and switch your ‘Primary line’ OFF.
- If you are running low on Data and you’d like more for the same destination, simply visit the eSIMCrew app, go to ‘My eSIMS’ and click on ‘Topup’.
