West Sussex Businesses

Funded learning opportunities for small and medium sized businesses in West Sussex.

We teach the skills to keep your staff and customers safe and improve workplace wellbeing.

From 10 minute bitesize modules, to two-day in-depth qualifications, we provide completely free qualifications for your team.

We can also provide bespoke options for workplaces and will be pleased to discuss the options available.

I am glad I have been given the opportunity to receive this important training. If someone is unwell through physical injury, then there is no hesitation with first aid, and the same should apply for mental health…”

Brighton & Hove - at risk groups

We offer funded places on our public courses. These are funded by Community Roots – a network of local services committed to supporting good mental health and wellbeing in Brighton and Hove.

To be eligible for a funded place you need to be working within the Brighton & Hove City boundary, with people in vulnerable or high risk groups.

As a guide, we offer each organisation five places per course type, per financial year. However, for larger organisations further places may be available.

“Absolutely amazing course! I feel way more confident in supporting people in crisis and in general with their mental health and am grateful to have had the opportunity to do the course.”
