- Celia Mae Jones
Our work depends on the amazing generosity of our supporters. Their fundraising makes what we do possible and means we can make a bigger difference every year.
With the 2021 Brighton Marathon round the corner, we caught up with four of our amazing runners: Nina, Steven, Lucy, and John. They spoke to us about the ups and downs of training for a marathon, whether there have been any surprises along the way and how they’re feeling about the big day.
Nina
A previous summer intern at Grassroots Suicide Prevention, Nina is running the Brighton Marathon with her partner, Max.
Steven
Running the Brighton Marathon with his sister Katie, Steven is also one of our Ask Now Save Lives campaign ambassadors.
Lucy
We’ve become friends with Lucy through her work with the Ben Raemers Foundation. She’s also running the London Marathon 2021.
Jon
Running enthusiast and one of our amazing Trustees, Jon is running the Brighton Marathon for Grassroots Suicide Prevention.
